Meet The Team

Paul is a chartered accountant with 15 years PQE primarily gained within the property industry. He is a proven deal maker and over many years Paul has acquired, managed and sold thousands of residential properties throughout NI, ROI and the UK. Paul is responsible for the strategic direction of Lotus Residential and acquisition and disposal decision making.

Una has 30 years experience of asset and property management in the residential sector across the UK and Ireland. She is responsible for refurbishment programs and asset management of both properties for sale and those held as long term investments. Una leads the operational management of the property management team across the extensive Lotus Residential Investment portfolio.

As our Finance Manager Tracey brings over 25 years’ accounts and finance experience to the role. She is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the day to day financial management of the residential investment and trading portfolios, as well as the preparation of accurate accounting records. In addition to her finance role, Tracey is also our appointed Health & Safety Co-ordinator, working with the property management team to ensure our properties fully comply with all Health & Safety Regulations.

Judith brings with her over 25 years of accounts experience within a varied mix of industries. She overseas’ the extensive accounts payable function within Lotus Residential and ensures all our trusted contractors are paid in a timely fashion.
